PUMP Audio has a simple core value for it’s Staff as we grow:

When we have Star Performers in every position we don’t need to worry about how much time they spend in the office or where they are at any given moment because they are doing GREAT work.

We trust Star Performers to do their best work and help us achieve excellence.

For this approach to work, we have to let people go very quickly who are not able to star in a particular position we have available.

Staff Perks

Flexibility with hours/days off

Work hours aren’t tracked. The company only measures what people get done. If you need to get in late or leave early, or take a long lunch, just do it.

Free headphones for all Team Members

When you need a set, just ask. These sets must not be sold either by Staff or anyone who is given them.

Free gym membership for everyone who works at PUMP HQ

If you want this perk, just ask and it will be set up for you.

Day off on your Birthday

The only exception is if we have an important meeting or event where the company needs you, in which case you can take another day of your choice off.

Office laptop

If you want to get out and work remotely for an hour or two, just grab the office laptop.

Monthly “out” afternoon/evening

Once a month we have a team afternoon / evening out.

Weekly “Staff Treats” fund

For Starbucks, sweets, whatever…

Music Events

Free tickets for music events from time to time. If you see an event you’d like to go to, email Adam.
