PUMP AUDIO Returns Policy

This Returns Policy only applies in respect of products purchased directly from PUMP Audio. This doesn’t apply to items sold by other retailers.

Returning unwanted products:
You have 30 calendar days (unless stated otherwise) starting the day you receive the product to cancel your purchase. Please return the product as soon as possible following the cancellation of your purchase. The product must be sent to us within 30 calendar days (unless otherwise stated) from your notice to us of your cancellation.

*Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product when you cancel your purchase. We strongly recommend a fully tracked service as PUMP Audio can not be held responsible for items lost in transit*

Defective, faulty or non-conforming products: (Warranty returns)
If a product has a defect or fault existing at the time of delivery or otherwise does not conform to your order, you have a statutory right to return the product. We strongly encourage you to get in touch with our customer service as soon as you become aware of any problems.

If you return a defective, faulty or non-conforming product to us, the product will be inspected by a member of our team. If a defect or fault is found or the product does not match your order, we will be happy to provide a replacement in accordance with applicable law. Products that have been misused/adapted or damaged may not be eligible for returns. All returned products must come in its original packaging and in good condition.

Returns can not be processed or honored should PUMP Audio cease trading, run out of stock, or become insolvent. In such a situation, we will still endeavor to help but if it is physically impossible for us to do so due to a lack of stock then we will be unable to. In such a situation not cash alternative can be offered.

If you are eligible for a refund, such refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the product (or, if applicable, the date you provide us proof of shipment of the product to us).

How to return a product using our Online Returns Form:
Please follow the below process to return a product to us. Returns not complying with these requirements may be rejected. Except in the case of a defective, faulty or non-conforming product please go to www.pump-audio.com/returns and fill out the online form, you MUST include a photo of your product for validation purposes, once received a member of our team will contact you within 72hrs to arrange a return. *In the case of a warranty return we will pay the shipping fees for you*

Any item which was not purchased from PUMP Audio but returned to us will not be returned to you. PUMP Audio will not be liable for storage, returning, disposing of or otherwise taking any responsibility over any such item.

If you fail to comply with the provisions of this Returns Policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns.
